the deed tax. If the buyer buys a house for the first time, the deed tax is 1%, and the deed tax is 1.5%.
if the buyer buys two sets, the deed tax below 9 square meters is 1.5%. 2% for more than 9 square meters, and 3% for three sets of deed tax.
If the seller holds the house for a considerable number of years, the transfer will be exempted from 5% value-added tax.
