The husband and wife principal lender cannot be replaced. If you want to change it, you must go through the same procedures as when you first applied for a loan. Unless it is between husband and wife or in the case of divorce, some banks can change the mortgage repayment person, but they need to pay a handling fee.

The following property acquired by the husband and wife during the marriage relationship is the common property of the husband and wife and belongs to the husband and wife:
