II. Target of introduction
(I) Educational institutions
1. Normal schools (No.4 Middle School in Huanxian County)
Normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education, "985" and "211" colleges or "double-class universities", normal colleges established by the Ministry of Education and full-time ordinary colleges with more than one normal college.
2. Non-normal graduates (Huanxian Vocational and Technical Secondary School)
"985" and "211" colleges or "double-class universities" full-time colleges with bachelor degree or above (master's degree and undergraduate major are the same) or persons with intermediate professional and technical post qualifications.
(II) Medical and health institutions (township hospitals)
Full-time college graduates with bachelor degree or above in medical and health major (master's degree and undergraduate major are the same).
Third, the introduction conditions
1. Have the nationality of the Chinese people and enjoy the basic political rights of citizens;
2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and abide by laws and regulations;
3. Have good conduct, love education or medical and health undertakings, have solid professional basic theory and practical ability, and voluntarily work in Huan County;
4. Undergraduate and postgraduate students are under 35 years old (born on or after January 1, 1985); Doctoral students are under 4 years old (born on or after January 1, 198);
5. Be in good health, have the physical conditions to perform the duties of the post normally and have the working ability to meet the requirements of the post;
6. Have the professional and other conditions required in the Job Summary (Annex 1).
(3) In any of the following circumstances, it shall not be imported:
1. Having been criminally punished for committing a crime;

IV. Introduction Procedures
This public introduction work was jointly organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the County Party Committee and the People's Social Security Bureau of the County, the County Education Bureau, the County Health and Health Bureau and the employing unit * * * respectively, and was carried out according to the procedures of issuing an announcement, organizing registration, qualification examination, written examination, interview, signing an employment agreement, qualification review, physical examination, publicity and employment.

(2) organize registration. This talent introduction takes the form of on-site registration. Applicants should download, print and truthfully fill in the Qualification Examination Form for Public Introduction of Talents in Urgent Need and Shortage in Huanxian County in 22 (only one position can be applied for), and submit one copy at the time of on-site registration.

(3) Qualification examination. For those who take part in the written test, according to the order of the written test scores from high to low, the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of 3:1 to the planned number of people, and then the interview order is determined by drawing lots for different positions together with those who are exempt from the written test. Interviews are conducted in the form of trial lectures or skill operation, which mainly examines the logical thinking, language expression, professional skills and job matching of candidates. The total score of the interview is 1 points, and the interview results will be announced on the spot. For interviewers who are exempt from written examination, 8 points will be directly marked as qualified scores, and those with less than 8 points will be eliminated directly. after the interview, the candidates to be introduced shall be determined in the order of interview results from high to low according to the ratio of 1:1 to the job introduction plan. If the total score of the last position is tied, it will be determined by taking an extra test.
(6) sign an employment agreement. According to the indicators of the introduction plan, after determining the candidates to be introduced, the employer and I will sign an employment agreement on the spot. Among them, college graduates who apply for education institutions without obtaining teacher qualification certificates must obtain the corresponding professional teacher qualification certificates within one year, otherwise the employment agreement will not be signed.
(7) qualification review. The personnel who sign the employment agreement shall submit the graduation certificate (online verification report of the student status of the Ministry of Education), degree certificate, employment registration certificate, employment agreement and other documents and materials to the employer within the specified time. If the above documents and materials cannot be submitted, they will be treated as automatic waiver. After the employing unit collects all the documents and materials submitted by the personnel to be introduced, it shall report to the County People's Social Security Bureau for qualification review in time. If the qualification review is unqualified or abandoned automatically, its qualification for introduction will be cancelled, and the vacant positions will be filled in order from high score to low score according to the interview results.
(8) physical examination. Those who pass the qualification review shall be examined according to the medical examination standards for civil servants, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by themselves. If the medical examination fails, the qualification for introduction will be cancelled, and the vacant positions will be filled according to the interview results from high score to low score.
(9) publicity. For those who pass the qualification review and physical examination, they will be publicized on the relevant websites for 5 working days and accept social supervision. For the problems reflected during the publicity period, if it is verified that it does not meet the introduction conditions, its introduction qualification will be cancelled and the vacant posts will not be filled. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the relevant procedures.

After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination shall be given relevant treatment, and the minimum service period in the employing unit shall not be less than 1 years.
5. Preferential policies
1. For the publicly-funded normal students in six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education who have signed contracts for more than 1 years, each student with a master's degree or above will be given a one-time living allowance of 15, yuan, and those with a bachelor's degree will be given a one-time living allowance of 12, yuan, and the government will provide them with a set of resettlement houses of 1 to 12 square meters for free, with a minimum service period of not less than 1 years. After the service expires for 1 years, the property belongs to the individual.
2. For the graduates with bachelor degree or above in a normal college established by Northwest Normal University and the provincial department, each person shall be given a one-time living allowance of 5, yuan, and the minimum service period shall not be less than 1 years.
3. For medical graduates with bachelor degree or above from "double first-class universities", each person shall be given a one-time living allowance of 5, yuan, and the minimum service period shall not be less than 1 years.
4. The introduced talents will be given priority evaluation under the same conditions of promotion of professional titles, evaluation and selection of models.
VI. Other matters
1. This talent introduction work does not specify examination teaching materials, and does not hold or entrust any institution to hold examination counseling training courses.

3.
