1. The loan object should be a natural person with full civil capacity.

2. Have permanent residence or valid residence status in Jinan.

3. Have a stable occupation and income, good credit, and the ability to repay the principal and interest on time.

4. The time required for the borrower to pay the housing provident fund has been paid in full for more than 6 months (inclusive) at the time of the loan, and he can apply for a personal housing provident fund loan.

5. If there is a legal purchase contract or agreement, the borrower must be the property owner agreed in the purchase contract. The houses purchased are commercial housing, affordable housing, unit fund-raising housing, housing reform housing and second-hand housing in Jinan area.

6. The borrower has paid the house purchase price not less than the down payment ratio stipulated by the policy.
