Legal analysis:

The calculation formula is: loanable amount = (monthly deposit amount of housing provident fund × 12× future deposit period+personal account balance of housing provident fund) × 2; If the loanable amount is less than 200,000 yuan, the maximum loan amount of housing provident fund shall be approved by 200,000 yuan. If an employee applies for a loan when buying a house for the first time, the amount can be increased by 20% on the basis of this calculation.

(5) The wage income of the borrower and spouse is calculated and determined according to the deposit base of employee housing provident fund (if the borrower's spouse has a job but fails to pay the housing provident fund, the wage income is determined according to the social security payment base, and the social security payment certificate is provided).

This notice shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation. In case of any inconsistency between the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Individual Housing Provident Fund Withdrawal of Provincial Units in Hunan Province (Xiang Zi Guan [20 13] 1No.) and the Measures for the Administration of Individual Housing Provident Fund Loans of Provincial Units in Hunan Province (Xiang Zi Guan [2012] No.20) and this notice, the provisions of this notice shall prevail. If the loan information has been accepted (entered into the system) before the implementation of this notice, it shall be implemented according to the original provisions.
