2, the specific process of real estate mortgage loan guarantee:
(1) The property under the customer's name is first of all a large property right house that can be registered as a mortgage;
(2) Find the mortgage guarantee handling department of our bank to apply for mortgage guarantee;
(3) We choose the best bank and the best real estate appraisal agency for our customers to evaluate the real estate provided by our customers and submit the real estate appraisal report.
(4) We assist customers to handle the formalities of real estate insurance and the corresponding examination and approval procedures of loan guarantee, and the maximum loan guarantee amount can reach 80% of the assessed value.
(5) We assist customers to go through the mortgage registration formalities with the real estate license and loan contract at the district/county real estate bureau where the real estate is located.
(6) After the mortgage registration is completed, the bank can issue a loan guarantee.
