(4) After the borrower who applies for partial repayment in advance fills in the Application Form for Partial Repayment in Advance and signs the Supplementary Contract for Housing Provident Fund Loan, he will deposit the repayment assets in a specific financial institution and return the cash payment slip to the bank counter of the first instance of provident fund business in time as a repayment voucher.
(5) The applicant shall accept the application on the same day. If the application is not accepted on the same day, the application will be automatically invalidated.
(6) If the applicant applies for partial repayment, the overdue loan will be deposited, and part of the overdue loan must be settled first, and then part of the repayment procedures will be handled.
(VII) After accepting the prepayment business process, the borrower shall repay the loan on time according to the adjusted repayment amount every month.
(8) When applying for a loan, if you have gone through the formalities of commercial insurance, the insurance premium will not be refunded when you repay part of it in advance.
