1. The lender entrusts our company to handle the loan procedures and submit the corresponding information required for the loan.

2. Handle evaluation reports for mortgage, pledge and property pledge.

3. Submit the loan application form to China Three Gorges Bank, sign the loan contract and various agreements, and handle notarization, insurance and other procedures.

4. Approval by China Three Gorges Bank.

5. The Real Estate Bureau shall register the mortgage and apply for other rights certificates.

6. Three Gorges Bank confirmed and issued the loan.
