In order to ensure the accuracy of the application materials for student loans, South China University of Technology confirms all the procedures in the form of "official seal", including the signature of the manager. At most, it takes more than 70 "seals" to handle a student loan. I'm afraid this is an important factor that banks are not active in granting student loans to college students.
(3) the profit is small. It is reported that small profits are an important reason why banks are not actively handling student loans. As we all know, handling large loans for enterprises or individuals can get many "benefits", while handling student loans does not. The relevant departments of the $ TERM should implement the national student loan policy from the following aspects:
(1) Whether it is national debt or education development bank, their loans are national debt, so they are very mature. Therefore, for the national debt that issues national student loans, the repayment requirements are very high, which is also the main reason why the state is unwilling to undertake student loans alone. The author believes that the state should take the initiative to assume this responsibility, and take this opportunity to improve the personal credit system and form a reasonable and efficient loan and repayment system for student loans.
(2) In the transitional period from the existing commercial loans to the real policy-oriented national student loans, the state should separate the subordinate universities from the non-subordinate universities, because the loan problem of students in subordinate universities has been solved better in China, and those schools that are in a weak position in the loan should be regarded as the focus of the transitional period.
(3) It is necessary to make a detailed plan for the issuance requirements and return period of the national student loan, and on this basis, make a complete plan for fund collection and return.
