1. You need an Alipay account. The student loan Alipay account is assigned to you by the China Development Bank when you apply for a student loan in the form ***.cdb@sina. An account on cn, which is also an email account assigned to you, and there is no need to open it yourself. For details, please check the information provided to you by China Development Bank when signing the contract, or consult with China Development Bank card customers.

2. After completing all the loan application procedures in the student’s place of origin, and after the application is approved by the Provincial Funding Center, the loan will be remitted directly to the student’s university account through the student’s Alipay account. Alipay account will notify students via SMS.

3. The loan disbursement date may be faster or slower depending on the process in each region. The quickest way is that the money will arrive one month after the application procedures are completed, while the slowest way is that it will be after the Spring Festival of the following year.
