Carry vehicle registration certificate, vehicle driving license (within the annual inspection period), vehicle purchase surcharge certificate, original vehicle purchase invoice (or the last transfer bill), owner's ID card (provided by the company with legal person code certificate), road maintenance fee payment certificate, vehicle and vessel use tax and buyer's owner's ID card (provided by the company with legal person code certificate) to the vehicle management office for transfer.
