Jingyang Jiyuan Street is a section of the Xian-Song Line of Shaanxi Provincial Highway and the West Ring Road of Jingyang County. It has four lanes in both directions, about 1 km long and 13 meters wide.

More than ten years ago, a local private enterprise, Jiyuan Electrical Group, relied on abnormal financing and state loans to build several branches on both sides of the road. It became very popular and applied to the government to use this road and The administrative village where the factory is located was renamed Jiyuan Street and Jiyuan Village. Unfortunately, the good times did not last long and the company closed down.
