6. The applicant agrees that the guarantee company will provide full guarantee for its provident fund loan.

7. If the applicant has no spouse or his spouse has no stable occupation, a third party with a stable occupation will provide a guarantee for him, and the guarantor will be jointly and severally liable for repaying the loan.

Loan amount:

The minimum amount of provident fund loans is calculated according to the following conditions (in thousands of yuan):

1. If both husband and wife of the applicant pay the housing provident fund as required, the maximum loan amount is 400,000 yuan; If the applicant unilaterally pays the housing provident fund according to the regulations, the maximum loan amount is 300,000 yuan.

2. If the construction area of the purchased commercial house is less than 90 square meters (inclusive), the loan amount shall not exceed 80% of the total house price; If it is more than 90 square meters, the loan amount shall not exceed 70% of the total house price.

3. If the second suite is recognized by the management center, the loan amount shall not exceed 50% of the total house price.

4. Repay the principal and interest of the loan every month and do not exceed 50% of the family's monthly income.

5. The loan amount shall not exceed the total house price minus the paid house price.

Loan repayment

1, normal repayment. The borrower shall deposit in the repayment account no less than the monthly repayment amount before the 20th of each month from the month following the loan issuance, which shall be uniformly deducted by the undertaking bank.

2. Repay in advance. When the borrower repays the loan principal in advance, it needs to submit a written application to the entrusting bank in advance, and with the consent of the provident fund management center, it can repay part or all of the principal and interest in advance. The prepayment time is before 15 (inclusive) every month.

3. For the last repayment, the borrower must go to the counter of the loan undertaking bank to repay the loan before completing the loan settlement procedures.
