3. After buying a new house, the down payment can be extracted by the purchase contract and bills;
4. After buying a second-hand house, the down payment can be extracted by the contract and the custody certificate;
5. After the payment of the house payment, the house payment bill or deed tax payment certificate shall be extracted with the purchase contract and the full house payment;
6. If the real estate license has been obtained, it shall be extracted with the real estate license and the full purchase bill or deed tax payment certificate.
Provisions on the use of provident fund:
1. Purchase withdrawal: When purchasing, building, renovating or overhauling a self-occupied house, you can apply for withdrawal of provident fund;
2. Rental withdrawal: If you rent a house in the deposit place, you can withdraw the provident fund according to the regulations;
3. Withdrawal for repayment of housing loans: for repayment of principal and interest of housing loans, you can apply for withdrawal of provident fund;
4. Retirement withdrawal: When employees retire, they can withdraw the balance of the provident fund account at one time;
5. Withdrawal from resignation: If an employee leaves his post and does not continue to pay the provident fund in the new unit, he can withdraw the provident fund;
6. Transfer and withdrawal from different places: If cross-regional employment needs to transfer the provident fund account, you can withdraw or transfer the provident fund;
7. Withdrawal for health reasons: If the income is affected by long-term treatment due to illness, you can apply for withdrawal of provident fund;
8. Other withdrawal regulations: According to the regulations of the local provident fund management center, there may be other withdrawal situations.
To sum up, when the provident fund loan is extended, the purchaser can withdraw the provident fund according to different situations, and the withdrawal amount shall not exceed the repayment amount or the purchase amount, and provide corresponding materials and certificates.

Article 24
In any of the following circumstances, employees may withdraw the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account:
(a) the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of owner-occupied housing;
(2) retirement;
(three) completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit;
(4) Having left the country to settle down;
(5) Repaying the principal and interest of the house purchase loan;
(six) the rent exceeds the prescribed proportion of family wage income.
In accordance with the provisions of items (2), (3) and (4) of the preceding paragraph, the employee housing provident fund account shall be cancelled at the same time. If an employee dies or is declared dead, the employee's heirs and legatees may withdraw the storage balance in the employee's housing provident fund account; If there is no heir or legatee, the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account shall be included in the value-added income of the housing provident fund.
