(1) Ensure that all policies are in place. All localities and relevant departments should do a good job in tax relief, small secured loans and interest subsidies, social security subsidies, job subsidies, vocational training subsidies, entrepreneurship training subsidies, employment trainee subsidies, tuition fees and student loan compensation to promote the implementation of employment policies for college graduates, sort out existing policies, further refine and improve them in light of actual conditions, effectively lower the threshold, simplify procedures, increase investment, improve the level of protection, and ensure that all policies and measures are implemented.
