Legal analysis: Pre-marital loan to buy a house requires mutual consent. If the house purchased before marriage needs to be repaid by loan after marriage, the value-added part of the house and the loan repayment part belong to the joint property of husband and wife. During the marriage, the registered party shall obtain the consent of the other party when selling the house. One spouse disposes of the house with the same loan without authorization, and the other spouse suffers losses and divorces.
