Cement tanker

Also known as bulk cement truck, powder tank truck, oil tank truck and powder material transport vehicle, it consists of special vehicle chassis, bulk cement truck tank, gas pipeline system and automatic unloading device. It is suitable for bulk transportation of dry powder materials, such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, mineral powder, granular alkali and so on, whose particle size is not more than 0.1mm.

Mainly used in cement factories, cement warehouses and large construction sites, which can save a lot of packaging materials and loading and unloading labor. There is an air inlet pipe in the front and rear air chambers of the bulk cement truck, and the functions of simultaneous opening and independent control can be realized through the ball valve.

The working principle of the system is that the working power is drawn from the automobile gearbox, the air compressor is driven by the transmission device, and the generated compressed air enters the air chamber through the control pipeline, so that the powdery materials in the tank are fluidized. When the pressure reaches 0. 196Mpa, open the discharge butterfly valve to realize discharge.

The vehicle is used to drive the air compressor, and the compressed air is sent into the air chamber at the lower part of the sealed tank through the pipeline, so that the powder particles on the fluidized bed of the air chamber are suspended in a fluid state. When the pressure in the tank reaches the rated value, the discharge valve is opened and the fluidized material is transported through the pipeline.
