2. Personal loans for the purchase of a second house are limited to the purchase of ordinary self-occupied houses with improved living conditions, and personal loans may not be issued to borrowers who purchase apartments, villas and other high-end houses for the second house.
3. The personal loan interest rate for purchasing the second house is 1. 1 times of the first personal loan interest rate in the same period.
In addition, the approval of provident fund loans is all carried out by Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Center. While meeting the above conditions, customers need to bring the sales contract, household registration book and other supporting materials to Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Center to prove that they meet the above-mentioned second suite standards.
