The car purchase agreement, contract or letter of intent signed with the dealer;

Other documents required by the Cooperation Organization.

Conditions for buying a car by mortgage:

Natural person with age 18-65;

Can provide fixed and detailed address proof;

Have a stable occupation and income, and have the ability to repay the principal and interest;

Personal social credit is good and there is no bad credit record;

Holding a car purchase contract or agreement approved by the bank;

Other conditions stipulated by the bank.

Process of handling mortgage car loan:

Choose a car at a special bank dealer and sign a car purchase agreement or contract;

The borrower applies to the loan bank for personal automobile mortgage;

Sign the contract after investigation and consent;

Go through the formalities of notarization and mortgage of automobiles;

Bank loans;

After the loan is paid off, the pledge certificate shall be cancelled and returned to the customer.
