To provide a guarantee for the principal creditor's rights, you must provide property with clear property rights, no guarantee and free transfer according to law as collateral, or things that can be retained according to law (lien) or money (deposit) as the corresponding subject matter, in order to establish a guarantee according to law.
Collateral that has provided full guarantee for other principal creditor's rights cannot be set as collateral again. However, if a guarantor sets a guarantee for his principal creditor's rights with part of his property and then sets a guarantee for his principal creditor's rights with his unsecured property, it is not limited by the circumstances in which the guarantee has been set. In other words, the establishment of guarantee focuses on collateral, not the subject of guarantee.
