Applicants applying for housing provident fund loans shall meet the following basic conditions:

(3) There are legal and valid certification materials for the purchase and construction of housing;

(4) Having assets recognized by the provident fund center as collateral or pledge, or a guarantor with sufficient compensatory capacity;

(5) Meet other conditions stipulated by the Municipal Provident Fund Center.

Second, the loan application materials

When applying for a loan, in addition to the ID card, household registration book and marriage certificate, the applicant shall also provide the following materials:
