1. After receiving the name approval notice, the enterprise needs to go to the name window (or online inquiry) of its industrial and commercial service office to inquire whether it is a tax black account. If so, you need to go to the national tax window to cancel first;

2. The client needs to submit the identity certificate of all shareholders and the certificate of business premises in person, and the registration materials need to be signed by all shareholders (sealed by corporate shareholders) for confirmation;

3. Under normal circumstances, an enterprise only needs to submit the materials needed to apply for a business license, but if the shareholder is a legal person, it needs to submit a copy of the tax registration certificate of the enterprise shareholder at the same time;
