Be careful to ask the township to fill it out for you (you can fill it out yourself, but you don't necessarily know the information of the civil affairs department. Go to the county rescue center.
If you don't know the address of the county financial aid center, you can check it online yourself (the personal homepage has instructions). Then generate four loan contracts, which are signed by the aid center (Party A), students and * * * and the borrower (Party B) respectively, indicating the date, otherwise it will be invalid!
