(2) Personal privacy protection

The Credit Information Service Center objectively organizes and saves personal credit information submitted by commercial banks, and is not allowed to change the original data without authorization.

When the Credit Information Service Center believes that the information submitted by a commercial bank is suspicious, it shall promptly issue a review notice to the commercial bank in accordance with the relevant procedures. 3. Personal Credit Information Inquiry System

(3) Personal credit information security management

5. Violation penalties. 6. Password management. Commercial banks should formulate internal authorization systems and inquiry management procedures for post-loan risk management inquiries on personal credit reports. The credit service center can provide personal credit reports for a fee based on individual applications. After receiving the corrected information resubmitted by the commercial bank, the Credit Information Service Center shall correct the objection information within 2 working days. If, after verification, it cannot be confirmed that the objection information is incorrect, the Credit Information Service Center shall not change the relevant personal credit information as requested by the objection applicant.

The Credit Information Service Center shall, within 15 working days after accepting the objection application, provide a written reply to the objection applicant or the credit information management department of the People's Bank of China that forwarded the objection application; if the objection information is corrected, the credit information service center shall The credit service center also provides corrected credit reports. If the objection information is indeed incorrect, but it is temporarily unable to correct the objection information due to technical reasons, the credit service center shall explain this in a written reply and provide a corrected credit report after the objection information is corrected.

The credit management department of the People's Bank of China that forwarded the objection application shall forward it to the objection applicant within 2 working days from the date of receiving the written reply and corrected credit report from the Credit Information Service Center. (3) Handling of different types of objections

5. Personal credit reports omit the processing of personal credit transaction information. If personal credit transaction information is omitted from a personal credit report, the individual can apply for objection processing through the local Credit Information Management Department of the People's Bank of China. The Credit Information Management Department of the People's Bank of China or the Credit Information Center of the People's Bank of China will request commercial banks and other institutions to report the omitted information. 6. Information lag leads to handling of objections. In our country, the personal credit database updates information once a month. Therefore, the latest credit information is generally not displayed in the personal credit report until one month later.

7. There are still objections to the handling of objections. If an individual still has objections to the result of the objection processing, the individual can proceed through the following three steps:

The second step is to report it to the credit management department of the People's Bank of China.

The third step is to file a lawsuit in court and use legal means to resolve the matter.
