The second is entrusted assistance. By purchasing poverty alleviation social services, the support funds are directly entrusted to enterprises that are willing to cooperate, have social responsibility, integrity and strength, and implement unified project development, unified management, unified operation, and unified accounting, and clearly define each other in the form of contracts. Responsibilities, rights and interests, project income will be divided proportionally. The third is joint-stock cooperation. The policy support funds, land, forest land, water surface and other production materials of the poverty alleviation targets are discounted into shares, and the enterprises are unified in management and production operations, forming a joint-stock and joint-profit entity to realize the transfer of shares and benefits to each household.
