The loan amount of provident fund loans is not higher than the maximum provident fund loan amount for a single house. The maximum provident fund loan amount applied for separately is 500,000 yuan, and the maximum provident fund loan amount applied for by the applicant and the applicant *** who calculates the loanable amount together is 900,000 yuan. However, if one of the following circumstances is met, the maximum provident fund loan amount can be increased by a certain percentage:

(1) If a provident fund loan is used to purchase a first home, the maximum provident fund loan amount can be increased by 20;

(2) If a provident fund loan is used to purchase a first home, and the house purchased is a green building with two stars or above in the green building evaluation standard, the maximum provident fund loan amount can be increased by 30;

( 3) If a multi-child family with two or more children (at least one child is underage, the same below) uses a provident fund loan to purchase a first home, the maximum amount of the provident fund loan can be increased by 30;

(4) Childbirth If a multi-child family with two or more children uses a provident fund loan to purchase their first home, and the house purchased is a green building with two stars or above according to the green building evaluation standard, the maximum amount of the provident fund loan can be increased by 40.

Before the implementation of the New Deal, the maximum amount of provident fund loans was 900,000 yuan.
