Application material

Eligible personnel shall truthfully fill in the materials when applying for the qualification confirmation of online enriching people's entrepreneurship guarantee loan personnel. In addition to uploading the electronic picture of ID card or household registration book and business license, the following materials shall be provided accordingly:

1 Relevant pages of employment and entrepreneurship registration certificate provided by registered unemployed persons in this Municipality (page 6).

2. Persons with employment difficulties should provide the pages related to the identification of difficulties in the Employment and Entrepreneurship Registration Certificate (page 7).

3. Demobilized veterans should provide a certificate of retired noncommissioned officers or a certificate of demobilized conscripts issued by the Ministry of National Defense.

4. The released prisoner shall provide the release certificate issued by the public security and judicial departments.

5. College students provide college diploma (full-time); Students at school provide student ID cards.

6. Resolving employees and unemployed persons in enterprises with excess capacity to provide the "List of Placed Employees in Enterprises with Excess Capacity" issued by the employment management agency.

7. Migrant workers who return to their hometowns to start businesses shall provide rural household registration certificates issued by village committees.

8. Online merchants provide network authentication information, and verify screenshots of real-name registration and authentication of e-commerce trading platforms and electronic accounts of online stores.

9. Poverty alleviation manuals should be provided for the poor people who set up files and set up cards. If there is no poverty alleviation manual, provide the certificate issued by the poverty alleviation department of the city, district (authorized town or street) for low-income farmers to establish a file card.

Enriching the people's business guarantee loan is accepted by the human society department of industrial and commercial registration. At present, it only accepts online the business of confirming the qualification of entrepreneurs' business guarantee loans in Xinbei District, Tianning District and Zhonglou District of industrial and commercial registration, and it will be gradually extended to the whole city in 2020.

Applicants should ensure that the online application and uploaded materials are true and reliable.
