2, apply for housing provident fund loans should also meet the following four basic conditions:

3. When applying for housing provident fund, there is no limit on the amount of housing provident fund account.
4. The loan amount of housing provident fund shall be calculated in the following three ways at the same time, with the smallest one as the upper limit:
(1) The monthly salary base or the sum of monthly salary bases paid by the loan applicant into the housing provident fund × 35% (specified proportion )×12 (month )× loan period (year);
(2) Apply for the first housing provident fund personal housing loan: 70% of the total housing price is for newly-built ordinary housing with a construction area of over 90 square meters in Xing Tao, and 80% of the total housing price is for housing with a construction area of less than 90 square meters (including 90 square meters) in Xing Tao; Second-hand housing (stock complete housing) and self-built housing are all within 70% of the appraised price. For the second housing provident fund personal housing loan, it shall not exceed 50% of the total housing price;
(3) Maximum loan amount. The maximum amount shall be stipulated by the Housing Provident Fund Management Committee. At present, each newly-built ordinary house in Suzhou does not exceed 500,000 yuan.
Second-hand housing (stock complete housing) and self-built housing shall not exceed 350,000 yuan each.
