Purchase, build, renovate or overhaul owner-occupied housing within the urban areas and counties (cities) of this Municipality, and the specific location of the housing is accurate, and the relevant procedures are complete and effective;

The applicant is the property owner or property owner, and either husband or wife has applied for a personal housing provident fund loan for the purchased property, and the purchased property is unsecured.
