1. Open the third-party payment platform.

2. After entering the main page, click the Citizen Center or click the city service.

3. Then click Social Security or Social Security Card on the Civic Center page.

4. Then click on the national unemployment relief application or find the card service in the social service option.

5. Then click on the unemployment wage claim.

6. Then click on the conditions behind the unemployment benefit application.

7. Check the acceptance terms on the page, and then click Agree.

8. Check the personal social security account information on the page, and then click Submit Application. After being approved by the Social Security Center, the unemployment allowance will be transferred to the user's personal social security account.
