The interest rate of the first set of commercial personal housing loans is 20 basis points lower than the quoted market interest rate of the corresponding term loans, and the second set shall not be lower than the quoted market interest rate of the corresponding term loans plus 60 basis points.
3. Provident fund loans
① The maximum amount of "business-to-public" loans and one-time employee loans is 500,000 yuan, and the maximum amount of loans is 600,000 yuan if both husband and wife pay the housing provident fund in full.
(2) Allow employees who have paid provident fund in different places to apply for provident fund loans in Pingyi. The down payment ratio of provident fund loans is 30%, and the interest rate for the first use of provident fund loans is based on the benchmark interest rate, and the interest rate for the second use is based on 1. 1 times of the benchmark interest rate.
③ For doctors who work in Pingyi and buy the first suite in the county, the maximum loan amount of housing provident fund can be relaxed to 4 times the limit. Residents can apply to financial institutions for credit loans with low interest rates and a maximum of 300,000 yuan with the proof of provident fund deposit.
4, the implementation of housing subsidies
According to Linyi's "1+N" new talent policy, doctoral, master's and full-time undergraduate graduates who are new to Pingyi's "two new" organizations for employment or entrepreneurship will be given a one-time subsidy of 300,000 yuan, 6.5438+million yuan and 50,000 yuan respectively when they buy a house for the first time in Pingyi County.
5, the implementation of financial subsidies for taxes and fees
① If the deed tax on commercial housing transactions is paid in full from June 24th to June 30th, 2022, the purchaser will be subsidized according to 30% of the deed tax paid.
② If the deed tax on commodity housing transactions has been settled from July 1 day to July 3 1 day, 2022, the purchaser shall be subsidized according to 20% of the deed tax paid.
③ If the deed tax on commercial housing transactions is paid in full from August 1 day to August 3 1 day, 2022, the purchaser will be subsidized according to 15% of the deed tax paid.
④ If a new commodity house is purchased from June 24th to August 3rd, 2022, and the deed tax is paid within 1 month after the official delivery, the purchaser will be subsidized according to 20% of the deed tax paid.
Subsidies are paid in accordance with the principle of first payment and then compensation. Communities involved in solving historical problems enjoy the same subsidy policy.
On June 28th, in the Notice on Printing and Distributing Policies and Measures to Further Promote the Stable and Healthy Development of Pingyi County's Real Estate Market, Pingyi County People's Government decided to extend the subsidy policy of paying 30% deed tax for commercial housing to September 30th, 2022. The original policy of paying 20% deed tax subsidy in July 2022 and 15% deed tax subsidy in August 2022 is no longer implemented.
The policy of paying 20% deed tax subsidy for the purchase of new commercial housing will also be extended to September 30, 2022.
Second, rental subsidies.
1. Pingyi County issues phased housing rental subsidies. If the newly employed workers who meet the subsidy conditions have full-time college education or below, the subsidy standard is 300 yuan/month;
