4. The down payment amount of the house purchase shall not be less than the prescribed proportion;

5. The borrower has a stable economic income and the ability to repay the principal and interest of the loan. The personal credit report is good and there are no other debts that affect the ability to repay the loan;

6. The land purchased and built for housing is state-owned land; the house purchased and built is used as a mortgage guarantee.
