The scope of business guarantee loan support includes: registered unemployed people in cities and towns with employment unemployment registration certificate or employment entrepreneurship certificate, college students in graduation school year, and rural individual workers who apply for employment unemployment registration certificate or employment entrepreneurship certificate (hereinafter referred to as those who meet the loan conditions).
