(1) The borrower fills in the list of borrowers and family members and the housing location table, and the accepting institution handles the property status inquiry under the family name on behalf of the borrower;
(2) The housing accumulation fund account number of the borrower, spouse and * * * the same borrower (* * the same borrower must be a lineal relative of the borrower and have the same account for more than one year);
(3) The original and photocopy of the ID card of the borrower, spouse, * * borrower and the owner of the purchased house (minors should provide the one-child certificate or birth certificate), and the original and photocopy of the household registration book. Adults without civil capacity should provide the guardian certificate. The above personnel and guardians (if any) shall be present to sign;
(4) If the borrower is married, the original and photocopy of the marriage certificate shall be provided, and if the borrower is unmarried or divorced, the single commitment letter shall be provided;
(5) The original and photocopy of the pre-sale contract and advance notice registration certificate;
(6) Original and photocopy of the down payment invoice issued by the sales unit;
(7) A copy of the developer's business license, legal person ID card and pre-sale permit;
(8) the collection account number of the developer or sales agent;
(9) The original and photocopy of the repayment passbook or debit card issued by the lending bank supporting the universal deposit and withdrawal function;
(10) Other materials (accepted by institutions as required).
2. Materials required for second-hand houses:
(1) The borrower fills in the list of borrowers and family members and the housing location table, and the accepting institution handles the property status inquiry under the family name on behalf of the borrower;
(2) The account number of the housing provident fund of the borrower, spouse and * * * the same borrower (* * the same borrower must be a lineal relative of the borrower and have the same account for more than one year);
(3) The original and photocopy of the ID card of the borrower, spouse, * * borrower and the owner of the purchased house (minors should provide the one-child certificate or birth certificate), and the original and photocopy of the household registration book. (9) The original and photocopy of the repayment passbook or debit card issued by the lending bank supporting the universal deposit and withdrawal function;
(10) 1990 (inclusive) If the loan amount of the second-hand house exceeds 30% of the total house price before the completion date, and if the loan amount of the second-hand house exceeds 50% of the total house price after the completion date of 1990, the appraisal company recognized by the accepting institution will issue a real estate appraisal report;
