(1) A copy of the organization code certificate that has passed the annual review;

(2) A copy of the business license that has passed the annual examination;

(3) The financial statements of the previous year are stamped with fresh seals and marked with the words "consistent with the financial statements submitted to the tax authorities";

(4) In case of any change of shareholders or senior management personnel, a copy of the ID card of the changed personnel shall be submitted, and the educational background and work experience shall be indicated;

(5) If the registered capital changes, a new copy of the capital verification report shall be provided;
