Fifteen cases can apply for withdrawal of housing provident fund.

The "Measures" stipulate that employees who pay housing provident fund may apply for withdrawal of housing provident fund if they meet one of the following circumstances; Employees who meet one or more withdrawal conditions can withdraw housing provident fund for multiple times: 1. Retired; Two, completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the personnel and labor relations with the unit; Three, to settle abroad or to settle in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; 4. The employee is dead or declared dead; Five, agricultural registered permanent residence workers and units to terminate the personnel and labor relations; Six, was sentenced to punishment during his tenure, and terminated the personnel and labor relations with the unit; Seven, within the prescribed period of time to buy (construction, renovation, overhaul) with the ownership of self-occupied housing behavior; Eight, within the prescribed time limit to repay the purchase of owner-occupied housing loan principal and interest; Nine, I and my spouse have no ownership of the house, and rent a house that does not exceed the specified area is required to pay rent; Ten, the termination of personnel and labor relations with the unit of workers, men over 50 years of age, women over 40 years of age, not re employment within the specified time; Eleven, into the housing provident fund entrusted with the management of bankruptcy, closure of enterprise employees within the specified time without re employment; Twelve, was included in the minimum living guarantee for urban residents in this city; Thirteen, due to accidents, and by the relevant departments to identify part or all of the loss of labor ability, resulting in serious difficulties in family life; Fourteen, encounter other emergencies, causing serious difficulties in family life; Fifteen, employees who apply for housing provident fund loans, need to withdraw housing provident fund and co-ordinate the payment of housing prices within the prescribed time limit.
