Theoretically, the scale of rural banks is larger than that of credit cooperatives. Village banks are already banking financial institutions, while credit cooperatives are non-bank financial institutions, which need stricter management than credit cooperatives. The state will still have some preferential policies for credit cooperatives. There is little difference between these two businesses, but they all have to pay deposit reserve, but the proportion of credit cooperatives will be lower.
