Electromagnetic valve is a commonly used switch or regulating element in industrial process control system, which realizes remote control or program control of system media. It is realized by converting electromagnetic force into mechanical force. Solenoid valve has been widely used because of its advantages of small size, light weight, simple operation and convenient maintenance. The selection of solenoid valve is very important, such as whether it is normally open or normally closed, whether it is explosion-proof, direct-acting or pilot-operated, and whether the material is suitable will affect whether the solenoid valve can be used normally.
The selection of solenoid valves should first follow the four principles of safety, reliability, applicability and economy, and then be selected according to six field working conditions (namely, pipeline parameters, fluid parameters, pressure parameters, electrical parameters, action modes and special requirements).
1. Select the size (DN) and interface mode of the solenoid valve according to the pipeline parameters.
1. Determine the diameter (DN) according to the on-site pipeline internal diameter or flow requirements. Generally, the solenoid valve should be as big as the size of the pipeline, such as pipeline DN50, and the solenoid valve should be DN50.
2. Interface mode, generally > DN50, flange interface and imported flange solenoid valve should be selected, and DN50 ≤ can be freely selected according to user's needs. If large-diameter solenoid valves need imported threaded solenoid valves, Weidun VTON has large-diameter internal threaded solenoid valves. For example, a customer in Suzhou chose DN80 internal threaded solenoid valve.
2. Select the material and temperature group of the imported solenoid valve according to the fluid parameters.
1, corrosive fluid: corrosion-resistant solenoid valves and all stainless steel shall be selected; Edible ultra-clean fluid: food-grade stainless steel solenoid valve should be selected. There are Weidun VTON stainless steel solenoid valve and stainless steel 3 16L solenoid valve.
2. High-temperature fluid: The electromagnetic valve shall be made of high-temperature resistant electrical materials and sealing materials, and the piston structure type shall be selected.
3. Fluid state: as large as gas, liquid or mixed state.
4. Fluid viscosity: generally, below 50cSt can be selected. If this value is exceeded, a high viscosity solenoid valve is required.
3. Selection of solenoid valve according to pressure parameters: principle and structural changes.
1. Nominal pressure: This parameter has the same meaning as other general valves and is determined according to the nominal pressure of the pipeline.
2. Working pressure: If the working pressure is lower than 0. 1Mpa, the imported direct-acting solenoid valve must be selected; When the minimum working pressure difference is above 0. 1Mpa, direct-acting solenoid valve, step-by-step direct-acting solenoid valve and imported pilot solenoid valve can be selected. If the working pressure is lower than 0. 1Mpa, if the pilot type is selected, the solenoid valve may not be closed and opened normally.
Fourth, electrical selection: AC220V and DC24 are preferred for voltage specifications; However, other specifications can also be ordered according to special circumstances. Weidun VTON has more than a dozen solenoid valves in the form of voltage.
5. Choose according to the length of continuous working time: normally closed, normally open or continuously energized.
1. When the solenoid valve needs to be opened for a long time and the duration is redundant, the normally open type should be selected.
2. If the opening time is short or the opening and closing time is short, the normally closed type is preferred. The imported normally closed solenoid valve won five-star praise from users.
