Our country has a vast territory and rich resources, and the specific conditions of rural areas in one region are different. In the rural areas of the Hexi Corridor in the northwest of China, we can raise cattle at home. Unless the specified gas production is exceeded (in fact, I am not sure about the specific gas production standards), it will not cause much pollution to the environment. In our rural areas, raising cattle at home does not require any formalities.
My neighbor has been raising cattle in his yard and in front of Zhang Hao for seven or eight years. At most, he raised more than 20 Simmental cattle, and now he has about ten. As far as I know, he does not have any procedures for raising cattle, and no one requires him to go through relevant procedures. Every year, special Animal Husbandry Bureau staff come to vaccinate cattle free of charge.
The neighbor adopts the pile-type cow-raising model. He built a simple gathering behind the house by himself, and the spacious open space in front of the house is used as a playground for the cattle. The grass and concentrates fed to the cattle are basically grown and collected by oneself, with little cost.
My neighbor has 15 acres of land. In addition to contracting others to plant purple flowers, he also left another 5 acres of land to grow corn for feeding. Of course, five acres of corn is definitely not enough to feed his cattle. Every autumn, he would go to a relative's house in the next village to pull straw, store it in haystacks, and then crush it together with corn stalks to feed the cattle.
When the weather is nice, he will tie his Simmental beef cattle to the playground at the door. The oxen's reins need to be extremely long, otherwise the movement will not work. When the weather was cold or windy or rainy, he tied the cows in the cowshed he built. Although the cowshed is crude, it provides a good barrier against the wind.
The price of cattle is very high. In October, my neighbor sold 8 adult Simmental cattle at one time and earned 140,000 won. The neighbor was so happy every day.
Finally, in summary, there are almost no restrictions on raising cattle in our rural areas. Although there are no conditions, it must be noted that it should not affect the normal life of surrounding villagers.
I remember when I was a child, every family raised cows or pigs. My classmate’s family raises two cows. When I was in school, I would go with him to herd the cows outside the village every afternoon after school, and the cows would graze nearby.
But now there is not a single family raising fish in our village. Not only raising cattle, but also raising pigs and chickens. Of course, it is okay to raise a few native chickens. If you raise a lot of villages, you won't want any more.
Because all the roads in the village are now solidified into cement roads, equipped with street lights, flowers and plants are planted on both sides of the road, and they are specially cleaned every day.
In order to allow people who want to breed to continue doing so, a special breeding community was built outside the village, and all the farmers moved.
