Requirements of the entrusting party: The entrusting party is a government agency, enterprise or individual. When opening a deposit account in China Merchants Bank, the entrusted loan funds shall be deposited in one lump sum or in installments, and the amount of entrusted loan shall not exceed the amount of entrusted loan funds deposited by the client in China Merchants Bank.

Entrusting a private person may require a legally binding power of attorney, and others will handle the relevant loan procedures on behalf of the applicant. Without this power of attorney, others can't handle things for the applicant. In this case, the best person entrusted must be familiar with the relevant knowledge of loans and be honest and trustworthy.
