Materials required for loans guaranteed by work status of government agencies and institutions:

(1) The borrower should bring the following materials: borrower’s ID card, household registration, and four recent 2-inch color photos without a hat; License or business permit; borrowers who are laid-off and unemployed can hold a "Re-employment Discount Certificate"; borrowers who are demobilized military personnel can hold a "Self-Employment Discount Certificate"; borrowers who are registered urban unemployed persons can hold an "Employment and Unemployment Registration Certificate" .

(2) The counter-guarantee must bring the following materials: ID card, household registration and salary guarantee certificate, small loan counter-guarantor commitment letter, and four recent 2-inch color photos without a hat.
