Second employees who apply for housing provident fund loans in different places can enjoy the same preferential policies as employees in this city, such as loan term, interest rate and loan amount.
Article 3 The loan object
On-the-job employees who buy self-occupied housing in this city but normally pay housing provident fund in other cities.
Article 4 Application conditions
1. Pay the housing accumulation fund in full in other cities continuously 1 year or more;
2. Buying a self-occupied house in this city is the owner of the house;
3. The applicant and his/her spouse have no outstanding housing provident fund loans in this city and other cooperative cities;
4. Other loan conditions stipulated by the city center.
Article 5 Materials to be provided when applying
