Conditions for applying for subsistence allowances:

1, if the monthly per capita income of family members who are non-urban residents in agricultural registered permanent residence and live together is lower than the minimum living standard of urban residents in this city in that year, they can apply for the minimum living allowance in this city;

2. Urban residents who have no source of income, no ability to work, and no dependents or dependents;

3, the relevant policies and regulations need to give special relief personnel;

4. During the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, or after the expiration of the period, the unemployed fail to re-find employment, and the monthly per capita income of the family is lower than the standard of the urban minimum living security line;

6, to apply for the minimum living allowance for urban residents, the household as a unit, holding a household registration book, ID card and proof of income. , submit a written application to the residence (village) Committee where the account is located;

7. For applicants with separated households, the neighborhood (village) committee of the applicant's current residence shall assist in the investigation and evidence collection, and provide relevant certificates to the neighborhood (village) committee where the applicant's household registration is located. If the family members applying for subsistence allowances are not in the same area, they shall apply to the neighborhood committees where their main family accounts are located. If other members are absent, relevant certificates of the street and township where the household registration is located shall be provided.

Article 11 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Personal Loans

Personal loan application shall meet the following conditions:

(1) The borrower is a People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen with full capacity for civil conduct or an overseas natural person who meets the relevant provisions of the state;

(2) The purpose of the loan is clear and legal;

(3) The amount, duration and currency of the loan application are reasonable;

(4) The borrower has the willingness and ability to repay;

(5) The borrower's credit status is good and there is no significant bad credit record;

(6) Other conditions required by the lender.

Article 12

The lender shall require the borrower to apply for a personal loan in writing, and require the borrower to provide relevant information that can prove that it meets the loan conditions.

Article 13

After accepting the borrower's loan application, the lender shall fulfill the obligation of due diligence, investigate and verify the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the personal loan application content and related information, and form an investigation and evaluation opinion.
