1. Car quality

If the transfer fails, Party A will fully refund the vehicle payment paid, the vehicle will be returned to Party A, and this agreement will no longer take effect.
3. Rights and Obligations
3.1 When Party A transfers the vehicle to Party B, it shall provide the vehicle certificate to the buyer and explain the current status of the vehicle. And it is guaranteed that the source of the vehicle is legal and valid, with no suspicion of theft or robbery, no illegal transformation or modification; no major traffic accidents or water immersion; no remaining economic mortgage (bank mortgage); no claims and debts, no economic disputes, and no unresolved issues. In case of traffic accidents and violations, all the car information, procedures, and tax documents handed over in the attachments to this contract are complete, true and complete, and meet the legal transfer and transfer conditions.
3.2 When purchasing a car, Party B should carefully check whether the vehicle documents and procedures provided by Party A are complete. And the functions and appearance of the purchased vehicle should be carefully inspected and confirmed.
4. Vehicle ownership transfer and insurance renewal matters
The vehicle must be transferred before year month day, and all costs shall be borne by Party A. Both parties *** went to the vehicle management office to handle the vehicle transfer procedures. Party A shall assist Party B if necessary when renewing insurance after the vehicle is transferred and transferred.
5. Vehicle delivery and related division of responsibilities

6. Methods for resolving contract disputes
The two parties negotiate amicably. If the negotiations are inconsistent, either party may submit an arbitration to the place where the vehicle was handed over or bring a lawsuit to the people's court where the vehicle was handed over.
7. Agreement comes into effect
This agreement comes into effect when signed by Party A and Party B. This agreement is made in four copies, with Party A and Party B each holding two copies.
