Jinzhou, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province, is a central city in western Liaoning, an important industrial city in Liaoning, a transportation hub city in Northeast China and an important port city in Liaoning coastal economic belt. Jinzhou is located in the northeast of China, the southwest of Liaoning, the north shore of Bohai Sea, the east of Liaoxi Corridor, and borders Chaoyang City and Fuxin City by Songling Mountain Range and Yiwulu Mountain Range in the north.
