All loans are based on the adjusted loan-to-deposit ratio.
In order to further improve the supervision of loan-to-deposit ratio, the CBRC has made the following adjustments to the calculation caliber of loan-to-deposit ratio:

First, adjust the monetary caliber of loan-to-deposit ratio. At present, the supervision of loan-to-deposit ratio is assessed according to the total amount of local and foreign currencies. After the adjustment, the RMB business will be subject to loan-to-deposit ratio regulatory assessment, with the total amount of local and foreign currencies and the loan-to-deposit ratio of foreign currency business as monitoring indicators.

Second, adjust the calculation caliber of loan-to-deposit ratio numerator (loan). On the basis of loan-to-deposit ratio molecules deducting loans for supporting agriculture, special financial bonds for loans to small and micro enterprises, loans corresponding to special financial bonds for agriculture, countryside and farmers, and loans for farmers and small and micro enterprises issued by rural banks with funds deposited by the main sponsoring bank, the following three items are deducted: First, creditors have no right to ask banks to repay loans corresponding to other bonds with a remaining maturity of not less than one year; Second, small and micro enterprise loans corresponding to small re-loans; Third, commercial banks use loans from international financial organizations or foreign governments.

Third, adjust the calculation caliber of denominator (deposit) in loan-to-deposit ratio. On the basis of the existing calculation caliber, the following two items are added: first, large negotiable certificates of deposit issued by banks to enterprises and individuals; Second, the net deposits of overseas parent banks absorbed by foreign-funded corporate banks for more than one year.

By the end of 20 14 and 1 quarter, the percentage of loan-to-deposit ratio in commercial banks was 65.9%, which was 0. 18 percentage point lower than that at the beginning of the year, and there was still a big gap from the upper limit of 75%.
