1. The transfer-in unit opens a housing provident fund account for employees in this city.

The unit manager holds the original ID card and the copy of the transferred employee's ID card (stamped with the official seal of the unit) to the central office or the management department to issue a deposit certificate. If a non-unit manager issues a deposit certificate for an employee, a letter of introduction from the unit is also required. If the employee handles it himself, the original ID card shall be provided.
3. The employee shall submit the deposit certificate to the off-site provident fund management center for transfer. When transferring, the transfer unit shall be informed, and the transfer voucher shall indicate the name, ID number and other relevant information of the transferred employee.
4. After the housing provident fund paid by employees in different places is transferred to this city, the receiving unit shall fill in the Notice of Housing Provident Fund Transfer, and go through the transfer formalities at the central handling outlets, in which the registration number of the transfer unit is "99999" and the name of the transfer unit is "sealed department". The account number of the transfer employee can be left blank first and filled in after confirmation at the front desk of the outlets.
5. After the transfer, the employee housing provident fund accounts will be merged.
The receiving unit or employee shall fill in the complete Application Form for the Consolidation of Housing Provident Fund Accounts and go through the formalities for the consolidation of employee accounts at the central handling outlets.
