5. The borrower has a stable economic income and the ability to repay the loan principal and interest, has a good personal credit report, and has no other debts that affect the loan repayment ability;

6. The purchased land for housing construction is state-owned land; Take the purchased built house as mortgage guarantee;

Note: (1) If the borrower and spouse have applied for housing provident fund loans, neither party may apply for housing provident fund loans again before paying off the loan principal and interest.

(2) If the borrower applies for a provident fund loan again after paying off the principal and interest of the provident fund loan, it shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.

(3) If the borrower and spouse fail to pay the housing provident fund as required after handling the housing provident fund loan, their bad payment records will be included in the housing provident fund credit information system.

The borrower shall provide the following materials when applying for a loan:

(a) the borrower and his spouse's valid identity certificate, household registration certificate, etc. A valid residence certificate issued by the public security department is required for non-local household registration;

(2) Proof of the marital status of the borrower;

(three) the purchase of commercial housing, commercial housing sales contracts must be issued; The purchase of affordable housing, should be issued by the original "affordable housing sales contract"; When buying a second-hand house, the original real estate sales contract or stock house transaction contract must be issued; Construction and repair of owner-occupied housing, must be issued by the "housing ownership certificate", "state-owned land use certificate" and the local construction planning department approved the overhaul certificate;
