This loan agreement is only used for your company to explain the implementation of the project loan to the relevant departments. If the national policy changes, the major adjustment of the project construction plan and investment plan, and the major business changes of the project owner cause the project to fail to meet our loan capacity and requirements, the above shall be determined by our commitment.

This loan commitment letter shall come into effect as of the date of issuance and shall be valid for 5 years.
