Revise the technical guidelines for the renovation of old residential areas, and refine and supplement barrier-free, suitable for the elderly, and child care facilities. In the future community construction, "infant care institutions and community care stations under 3 years old should be equipped with complete facilities and full coverage of safety monitoring equipment" as a binding indicator; As a guiding indicator, we will "set up child care institutions in public, private and comprehensive ways, promote the full coverage of child care services for the whole people, explore new models such as family-style child care, build a handheld service platform for community child care, and provide nursing courses based on the digital platform of' Zhejiang Good Education'".
